Fertility Café reaches a focused audience few advertisers can access directly: people actively engaged with fertility, surrogacy, and third-party reproduction. For a sponsor whose audience is exactly these listeners, that focus is worth more than raw reach.

01 — The Audience

The audience

The Surrogate Series is a dedicated run of firsthand stories from experienced surrogates. It is built for women who fit the profile to become a surrogate and are seriously considering it: women who are already mothers, in good health, financially stable, and generally between 21 and 40.

This is not a general-interest show. It is focused entirely on surrogacy and the women considering it. That focus is what a sponsorship buys.

Meet the host

Your host

Fertility Café is hosted by Eloise Drane, founder of Family Inceptions. Eloise has spent 25 years in third-party reproduction as both a practitioner and a founder, and her experience is also firsthand: she has been an egg donor and a surrogate. She knows this world from every side.

I started Fertility Café because people in this world get treated like transactions, and I wanted them treated like people.

That conviction comes from living it. Eloise has been an egg donor and a surrogate, so she knows what this feels like from the inside, and 25 years in the field means she knows how it runs from the inside too. She built the show as a place where the people who have lived this, and the professionals who do it every day, talk plainly. Real conversations that give listeners accurate information and let them make informed decisions, instead of learning the hard way. Most of the time, people do not even know the questions they should be asking. The podcast is where they find out.

"Choosing to carry a child for someone else is one of the most generous things a woman can do."

02 — Placement

How a sponsor appears in each episode

One sponsor per episode. No episode has more than one brand. A sponsor is the single voice in the episodes they support.

Each episode includes two placements, no more:

  • A 15 to 30 second host-read billboard naming the sponsor, at the beginning of the episode.
  • One 30 to 60 second host-read spot at the natural midpoint of the episode.

Sponsors may submit ad copy for Eloise to read, or provide their own finished audio or video ad of no more than 60 seconds. The show holds final approval on all copy, audio, and video.

03 — Included

Included with every tier

Every sponsorship, at any tier, includes:

  • Logo and CTA link in the show notes of each sponsored episode, which also appears on the Fertility Café website.
  • A one-line sponsor mention in the episode's email.
  • A one-line sponsor mention with a small logo on the episode's social post.

The Founding Sponsor tier adds dedicated social posts across all platforms, one per episode.

05 — Editorial Standard

Editorial standard

All sponsor copy and audio is reviewed before it airs. The show declines any copy that frames surrogacy as work, or that frames surrogates as building families. This protects the trust the audience places in the series, which is the reason the sponsorship has value.
